Alergija’s new studio album “Krv i znoj” will be released on all digital platforms on April 27!

Last year, after a 14-year break, Alergija from Zadar hinted at something serious with the single and video “Krv i znoj” Soon after, three more singles and videos arrived for the songs “Dobar stari punk” featuring legends Valter Kocijančić and Davorin Bogović, “Šupak” and “Novi počeci” making it clear that a new album was imminent. The materials were ready, everything was recorded in the studio, the mixing was done, and it was just a matter of setting the release date for the new album. It was immediately clear that Alergija’s new studio release “Krv i znojwould be released on April 27, exactly 30 years after their first rehearsal together on April 27, 1994.

The band says: “We would like to thank everyone who has supported us all these years, especially over the past year! Without all that support, what we accomplished last year would have been difficult. Therefore, for our 30th anniversary, we are gifting you this new album, and we look forward to seeing you at gigs soon! Big greetings from Alergija, and be yourselves!”

Formed in 1994, Alergija hails from Zadar and brings their signature street punk sound that has lasted over 30 years. With their eponymous debut album “Alergija” they secured their place on the Croatian punk map. With that momentum, the legendary oi/street punk album of this region “Četvrti stalež” was born in 1997, cementing the band’s spot in the top tier of the punk scene in the region! Hiatuses and life challenges prevented more releases from the band, but they managed to release another album titled “Globalno zatoopljenje” in 2009, featuring several of their eternal anthems.

This Dalmatian street punk band, known for catchy choruses and social engagement, with fierce punk rock roots, guarantees a great time and collective singing along with important messages! The band members are Stipe Bujas (vocals), Pero Kožul (guitar and vocals), Stipe Krpina (bass guitar and vocals), and Zvonko Kosović (drums and vocals).

The release of the new studio album “Krv i znoj” under the PDV Records label (PDV076), is scheduled for April 27 and will be available on YouTube, Bandcamp, and all other digital streaming platforms. The album will also be available on vinyl, coming soon, and while waiting for the digital release, the guys have treated us to an album teaser featuring snippets of all the songs.
