British punk veterans GBH and American hardcore pioneers Cro-Mags have been announced as headliners of this year’s Martinska Punk Meets Žestoka Fešta Festival, set to take place from July 23 to 25 at Martinska, Šibenik, Croatia.
The three-day event, dedicated to punk, metal and hardcore music, will once again bring together a selection of leading international, European and regional acts. Around fifteen bands are scheduled to perform at the festival. The opening two days, July 23 and 24, will focus primarily on punk, while the final day, July 25, will shift towards heavier metal and hardcore sounds. More lineup announcements are expected soon.
GBH
Formed in Birmingham, GBH have remained one of the most enduring names in punk, with a career spanning more than four decades. Known for their high-energy performances and influential tracks such as “Kids Get Down,” “Cadillac One” and “This Is Not the Real World,” the band continues to embody the raw intensity and attitude of classic UK punk. Fronted by Colin Abrahall, GBH maintain a relentless touring schedule, staying true to their roots since their formation in 1978.
Cro-Mags
Cro-Mags, founded in 1981 in New York City, are widely regarded as one of the most influential acts in hardcore history. Led by Harley Flanagan, the band played a key role in shaping the crossover between punk and metal. Their landmark album Age of Quarrel will celebrate its 40th anniversary in 2026, further cementing the band’s legacy within the global hardcore scene.
With the announcement of the headliners, festival tickets are now available at a presale price of €65 via the Stereoticket system. Each ticket includes access to the festival camping site. More lineup announcements are expected soon.
