Playing Punk at Martinska is an old tradition of the alternative bands in Šibenik, this year Martinska Punk Festival lasts three days from July 24th to 26th. Ten bands in all, and we bring you the time tables of all the shows. This year’s edition brings together the best of the local, Croatian and regional scene that nurtures the hardcore and punk sound. On the first day, there’s Mašinko from Zagreb, Stepped Out from Split and the young forces Meantime from Rijeka. On Friday along with the Slovenian legends of Odpadki Civilizacije, we have the best of the Šibenik scene – Raspad, Stratus and KaliKamo, a new band on the scene, formed from well known artists closely associated with Šibenik. The announced band Kriva Istina cancelled the entire summer tour, as well as the performance at Martinska Punk. On the last day of the festival, on Saturday, Pasmaters from Pula, Urlik from Belgrade and Žulj from Rijeka will close the Martinska Punk.
